Our Investments
Since inception, we’ve strategically invested in five high-value coal projects and one rail logistics venture across Mpumalanga, including Middelburg, Kriel, and Ogies, each selected for its strong growth potential and ability to deliver tangible results. Collectively, these projects have delivered over R2 billion in value, spanning early-stage mine development through to operational scale-up.
Achievements include facilitating startup capital for a mining firm, securing a rail logistics deal, and kick-starting operations through working capital for the dewatering of a coal project. We have also assisted in sustaining job creation in local communities, ensuring long-term economic impact. By combining disciplined capital deployment with hands-on operational oversight, we’ve consistently transformed resource opportunities into high-performing assets, creating shared value for our partners, investors, and the regions we operate in.
